Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility

Raffar Production offers refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at raffarproduction@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-7 working days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including sale items, graphically printed t-shirts, any kind of printed items, and personalized or custom-made products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. We will issue a refund for the returned item and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at raffarproduction@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label for the item and offer a replacement or refund.
